2. Our Services

Letters From Santa provides personalized Santa correspondence designed to create a fun, memorable, and encouraging experience for children and families.

Our services may include one-time personalized Santa letters and recurring monthly or weekly Santa communications, depending on the package selected at the time of purchase.

3. Packages and Pricing

Classic Santa Letter
$25 one-time purchase.

Santa's Monthly Communication
$19.99 per month.

Santa's Weekly Communication
$29.99 per month.

Promotional code SANTA40 provides 40% off the applicable introductory purchase or first month when the offer is available. For recurring subscriptions, the regular monthly price resumes after the introductory period.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Letters From Santa does not directly process or store customers' complete payment card information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment before personalized production begins.

5. Monthly and Weekly Subscriptions

Santa's Monthly Communication and Santa's Weekly Communication are recurring monthly subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable subscription rate until the subscription is canceled.

Promotional pricing applies only to the qualifying introductory period. After that period, the standard subscription price applies.

Customers who wish to cancel should contact Letters From Santa as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be subject to the status of the current billing period and whether production of personalized correspondence has already begun.

6. Personalized Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing the Santa personalization form.

The information provided may be used to create personalized correspondence, including references to a child's accomplishments, interests, goals, character traits, challenges, and other details supplied by the parent or guardian.

Customers should only provide information they are comfortable sharing for the purpose of creating the Santa experience.

7. Mailing and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address.

Letters and other physical correspondence will be prepared and mailed after the required information has been received and production has been completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected service, production requirements, postal service conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Letters From Santa.

8. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Customers should contact Letters From Santa as soon as possible if they need to make a change or request cancellation.

Requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order and whether personalization, production, printing, or mailing has already begun.

Because personalized correspondence is created specifically for the individual customer, completed personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
